Hello Mathieu,

thank you for preparing and uploading the Debian package for DCMTK 3.6.9!

If you have some time, it would be nice if you could also update the various
Debian-specific text files in the source package, such as:

- debian/NEWS
- debian/copyright
- debian/dcmtk.NEWS
- debian/dcmtk.README.Debian

It seems that their content has not been updated for a while. This is also
true for some of the older releases, e.g. in Debian stable, testing and
unstable.
