Thank you for your interest in augur, I have attempted a version
bump in the past, around version 26, but I was held by the need
to introduce the python_calamine module[1].

I never really got the mental focus necessary to begin wrap up
the new package until then.  If there is interest in newer augur
version, then the first step would be to gather and package the
missing dependencies.
