[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1091145: Closing #1091145

Hi,

Thanks for the report.
Greatly inspired by what happened to a similar bug and Pierre's answer 
[1], I will close this bug as camitk is not installable on arm64 due to 
its dependency to insightoolkit5, which only builds on amd64.

Please reopen this bug, if you think there is a better way to manage it.
