[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1068442: Can we finalise igblast?

Dear Maintainers,

igblast is close to being unusable due to the missing binaries. I 
noticed the unreleased version on salsa has the fixes needed to build 
the missing binaries. What is needed to complete and upload igblast? How 
can I help? I am interested in using igblast for my dayjob.
