Hi,

pique 1.1-1 cannot migrate to testing [1], because it depends on 
plink1.9; and plink1.9 is not installable on arm64.

AFAIK britney's configuration currently requires packages to be 
installable on amd64 and arm64 (except for architecture 
restrictions).

Probably best to talk to the release team ASAP, and see to get 
plink1.9 built on arm64 for forky?
