Hi Paul,
Just checking because there was a similar incident with bbmap
earlier this week (#1120170) and your source version suggests
confusion:
> Source: ball
> Version: 39.20+dfsg-2
Did you mean bbmap version 39.20+dfsg-2?
Or ball version 1.5.0+git20220524.d85d2dd-2?
If the former, then the point of the other day's 39.20+dfsg-3
upload was to reduce the memory strain in testing environments;
of course if it is still broken, then I'd happily do my best to
get things resolved appropriately. I'm currently looking up the
work from Yavor in the case that you actually meant the latter.
I won't throw the stone: I admit I conflate those two on a
number of occasions, although they are quite different tools.
