[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1117106: sight: (unnecessarily?) Build-Depends on dbus-x11 (dbus-launch)

This package Build-Depends on dbus-x11, but I don't know why: the usual 
reason for that build-dependency is to run tests, but this package 
doesn't seem to run tests.

Please investigate whether this B-D can be removed, or replaced by a 
"smaller" package like dbus-daemon or dbus-bin.
