Hello,

Dicomxplorer was already outdated at this time and was definitely be 
removed in 
https://git.ircad.fr/sight/sight/-/commit/41bd82f439767108042f240edc6fa3e3270e87b2.

SightViewer now supports most of dicomxplorer features.
