Hello.

This change was not enough to fix the bug. Now it fails in this way:


[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project owner-extras: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.aeonbits.owner:owner-extras:jar:1.0.12
[ERROR] dependency: org.apache.curator:curator-test:jar:debian (test?)
[ERROR]         Cannot access central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2) in offline mode and the artifact org.apache.curator:curator-test:jar:debian has not been downloaded from it before.


For reference, I've put a recent build log (for the -4 version) in the
same directory as before:
