Dear Maintainer,

mrtrix3 FTBFS when clang is installed. It fails during configure time with the
following error message:

Checking for OpenMP support: 
ERROR: error compiling OpenMP application!

    MRtrix3 was unable to compile a test program involving OpenMP.

One way of fixing this issue is to add clang to the Build-Conflicts field.
