[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1096634: fis-gtm: diff for NMU version 7.1-006-1.1

Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for fis-gtm (versioned as 7.1-006-1.1) and uploaded 
it to DELAYED/2. Please feel free to tell me if I should cancel it.

7.1-008 also builds (and might be an option for a maintainer upload),
but for an NMU Id prefer to go with backporting the one-line fix.
