Hi,

There seem to be some credits missing from debian/copyright:

karora at orwell:/usr/src/dfsg/iqtree3_3.0.1+dfsg-1$ grep Heesch debian/copyright 
karora at orwell:/usr/src/dfsg/iqtree3_3.0.1+dfsg-1$ grep Barbetti debian/copyright 
karora at orwell:/usr/src/dfsg/iqtree3_3.0.1+dfsg-1$ grep Reszczynski debian/copyright 
karora at orwell:/usr/src/dfsg/iqtree3_3.0.1+dfsg-1$ grep -i chervet debian/copyright 

On the other hand all of the extra words from CSIRO about not warranting
anything don't affect the DFSG free nature of the GPL-3+, so that's something!
