Hello,

ncbi-igblast embeds possibly patched mbedtls. Please unembed it and use 
system-provided mbedtls.

In 1.20.0-2 I have added --with-mbedtls to configure step which 
supposedly should make the buildsystem ignore the embedded copy of 
mbedtls. However, repackaging ncbi-igblast to exclude the embedded copy 
causes the build to fail. Thus it seems that embedded mbedtls is still 
used. Moreover, the embedded copy seems patched.
