[Debian-med-packaging] Fix sight runtime

Dear team,

I just pushed a commit to the "Sight" package. The version 26.0.0-1 is 
actually broken, sightviewer crashes at runtime because of the version 
bump to Ogre 14. This requires a new patch to be fixed.

It looks good to me for an upload.
