The previous fix did not work as expected:

dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
 biomaj3-process-3.0.19/biomaj_process/message/procmessage_pb2.py

In this case the file is autogenerated so we can just remove it
before build (which will happen in the next upload).
