[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1127081: libgdf ftbfs with boost 1.90

libgdf ftbfs with boost 1.90, the boost_system lib is gone.

a patch to address this is

however this still fails to link. see the build logs at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libgdf/0.1.3-13ubuntu2

adding more build dependencies on boost atomic and container fixes the 
link failure, but I don't see any usage of these two libs in the 
package. So this also might be a packaging error in boost1.90, missing 
some dependencies.
