[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1127481: tipp: does not build in Salsa CI

Hi. After preparing this version I noticed that it does not build in Salsa CI.

However, it builds ok for me, and it builds ok in buildd.debian.org so I decided
to upload anyway. Not sure if the problem is in Salsa CI or in the package itself
so I'm reporting this to request for help.
