Hello Andreas. As I see you have fixed this in salsa:

Currently tracker says this:

help 5.20.5+dfsg-2 (9 days old)
∙ Updating libsbml would introduce bugs in testing: #1128320

but that's not really true because testing is also affected.

The above command might help version -2 to propagate to testing in
case your plan is to upload -3 after such propagation happens.
