[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1128388: libssw: New upstream version available

Hi,

just to make sure it will not drop from our todo list: There is a new
upstream version available (currently 1.2.5).  The changes are
non-trivial.  Some preparation for the patches in Git (branch
debian_1.2.4+git) might be helpful but its not building out of the
box.
