[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1123673: python-biopython: CVE-2025-68463

I have begun investigating the feasibility of a backport of the
security fix for CVE-2025-68463 affecting python-biopython, but
the more I make adjustments to the patch, the more I throw havoc
into test results.  I believe it is going to be saner to just
wait for the next upstream release in this case.
