Whoops! I've stripped them out, and patched out the tests that relied upon them. Grabbing the new upstream release I've uploaded macsylib version 1.0.4+dfsg-1 to the NEW queue.
Source are up to date at https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/macsylib as well.
