Hi Gilles and Aaron,

Salsa kindly has tagged that patch pending when I applied the patch from
Gilles.  When I decided to build the latest upstream version of
unifrac-tools I first had to package a new dependency which is now
available.  I had to adapt the patch for src/Makefile in several ways
and it seems I managed to mess it up again as you can see in Salsa CI

Any help would be welcome - direct pushing to the Git repository (any
DD has push permissions) or MRs welcome.
