No worries, thanks for your work on the patch to camitk and
having identified that the only change needed was indeed the
compiler hint! I've been busy afk since gdcm upload yesterday
evening, so I appreciated to see the issue went resolved behind
my back. :)
Also thanks to Santiago Vila, who proceeded to a team upload to
get the issue sorted without the delay incurred by the NMU!
