Hi Helmut,

I wonder from where you obtained the package.  In version 3.10-6 which
there is no such package any more and this is in testing and unstable.
A conflicts to libgwyddion20-doc from 2.67-1 in stable is set (as well
as to libgwyddion30-doc from previous versions):

$ apt show libgwyddion-doc | egrep 'Version|Conflicts|Provides|Replaces'
Version: 3.10-6
Provides: libgwyddion20-doc, libgwyddion30-doc
Conflicts: libgwyddion20-doc, libgwyddion30-doc
Replaces: libgwyddion20-doc, libgwyddion30-doc

Can you please be more verbose what might be wrong?
