[Debian-med-packaging] Debian NEW: possible transition for libstreamvbyte 3.0.0-1 — please confirm

Hi,
thank you for the careful checking. Yes, I've tested the three
dependant packages and they are all prepared in Git. I'm ready for the
(tiny) transition once libstreamvbyte 3.0.0-1 will hit the archive.
