/me blushes,

Thanks for pointing the unnecessary cmake build dependency out,
I must have been tired when wrapping up the initial d/control
file.  There are other issues already pending upload before fix
get uploaded to sid.  I'm waiting for libdicom to migrate to
forky before the next upload.  The migration should occur
overnight.  I will upload tomorrow.  In the meantime the change
is available on Salsa.
