[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1141151: parallel: Build process brings in unrelated dependencies like GStreamer and Avahi

Dear parallel maintainers,

d/control specifies libreoffice-core as a build dependency. This 
dependency pulls in heavy dependencies (for instance, GStreamer, Avahi, 
CUPS) that are not needed to accomplish the local task of `libreoffice`, 
i.e., converting a ODT file into a PDF file.
