[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1130338: wrong description of packages libcifpp-dev and libcifpp-doc

Version: 7.0.9-1

The package has in its description: "Documentation for libcifpp"
Vice versa, the libcifpp-doc has description: "Development files for libcifpp"
See e.g.:https://packages.debian.org/trixie/libcifpp-dev
I suggest the description is swapped.

I am using Debian 6.12.63-1 x86_64 GNU/Linux, kernel 6.12.63+deb13-amd64 and libc6 2.41-12+deb13u1.
