Hi.

Please don't say "new upstream. closes: #nnn" unless
bug #nnn was "please package new version".

I did not notice at the time (sorry, my fault) but this bug is actually random,
and the failure rate is low enough to not justify the bug being RC,
so I'm downgrading it.

The test which fails randomly still fails randomly:

E AssertionError:
E Not equal to tolerance rtol=10, atol=0
E
E Mismatched elements: 2 / 9 (22.2%)
E Max absolute difference among violations: 0.00855821
E Max relative difference among violations: 128.85333634
E ACTUAL: array([-1.065402, -1.065402, -0.129034, -0.129034, -0.008625, -0.008625,
E 0.68369 , 0.803246, 3.142636])
E DESIRED: array([-9.994540e-01, -9.994540e-01, -1.313288e-01, -1.313288e-01,
E -6.641822e-05, -6.641822e-05, 6.685745e-01, 7.888152e-01,
E 3.035644e+00])

I've put updated build logs for the current version (0.3.3-1) here:

Thanks.
