Hi Maarten,

I fixed the "libcifpp-dev fails to coinstall" issue as well as some
other things in Git and upgraded to latest upstream.  I would happily
do the upload of this new upstream version if you confirm that this
is a good idea due to the SONAME bump we have to do.  New processing
is fast meanwhile so I think this can be easily done.  I could follow
up uploading the rdepends of the library.
