[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1150157: sightviewer: Missing desktop file with mime information

When installing sightviewer to view DICOM files using the kde file
browser, the viewer do not show up as an option to open such file.  The
reason is that there is no .desktop file included in the package.  This
also cause the program to not show up in the KDE menu.  Please add such
desktop file to the package and make sure to list application/dicom as a
supported MIME type, as this is the type emitted by file(1) for such
file.
