1. [minor] [packaging] X-Doc-Main-Package names the doc package itself

 - Files: `debian/control`
 - Evidence: `Package: python-dnachisel-doc` … `X-Doc-Main-Package: python-dnachisel-doc`
 - Problem: Per the Debian documentation-package convention the field is meant to identify the non-doc binary package the documentation documents; pointing it at the same doc package defeats its purpose and may confuse tooling that links a library package to its documentation.
 - Fix: Set `X-Doc-Main-Package: python3-dnachisel` (and, optionally, `Multi-Arch: foreign` on the doc package).
