libhmsbeagle fails to cross build from source, because it fails running
the host's Java compiler. For most Java native interface packages, a
native development kit is sufficient. This is also the case for this
package. I'm attaching a patch that makes libhmsbeagle cross buildable.
Please consider applying it.
