[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1150994: thesias FTCBFS: fails running the host's java compiler

thesias fails to cross build from source, because it fails running the
Java compiler. It is requested for the host architecture by
Build-Depends and generally cannot be run during cross compilation that
way. Most of the time (and in this case), using a native Java
development kit is sufficient. Please consider applying the attached
patch.
