   * debian/tests: fix run-unit-test autopkgtest; generate test data with
     the installed tools instead of referencing non-installed examples
   * debian/tests: add a test using the real-world Meusemann insect
     phylogenomics dataset (bundled in debian/tests/data, with origin
     documented in debian/tests/README)
   * No need for dh-exec
   * Reformat the Last-Update date as ISO YYYY-MM-DD.
   * Remove redundant Priority: optional from source stanza.
   * Update standards version to 4.7.4, no changes needed.
   * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Repository.
