[Debian-med-packaging] Can you have a look at diamond-aligner (Was: Bug#1143998: unifrac-tools: BD-Uninstallable on armhf, i386 and s390x)

Hi again,

can you have another look?  I've upgraded to latest upstream but the
build fails.  I admit this issue drains a lot of time for an
architecture that is in practice not used by scientists.  I'm
tempted to exclude s390x from the list of architectures for this
package.
