Hi,

this package used to build on s390x but fails now which prevents testing
migration. Please remove the binary package. There is an attempt by
the s390 porters team to cooperate with upstream which was not
successfully so far. That's why I'm not excluding the architecture
explicitly since there is a chance that this get fixed in the not so
far future. In any way the testing migration has preference now.

I added the other failed architectures which are no official release
architectures to the list of to be removed binary packages.

Kind regards
   Andreas.
