[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#987606: Please enable autobuilding of sift

Hi,

the sift package can be auto-build since the license is permissive about
this.  I hesitated to ask for auto-building since I was in discussion
with upstream about an entirely free license.  Unfortunately upstream
is not active any more and this discussion faded out.  So the package
remains in non-free and it would be great to provide it on all release
architectures.
