   * Remove Priority field (cme)
   * Drop 'Rules-Requires-Root: no' from d/control (routine-update)
   * Reformat the Last-Update date as ISO YYYY-MM-DD.
   * Fix config include paths so SPAdes can run from arbitrary working
     directories (needed by unicycler and shovill).
   * Use Debian's zlib instead of the bundled zlib-ng to avoid an embedded
     zlib copy.
   * Repack the source without the old non-free ConvertUTF files and use the
     implementation from Debian's LLVM.
   * Use the Debian packaged parallel-hashmap instead of an embedded copy

   * No Python extension modules are built, so the same package works with
     every Python 3 version, and dh_python3 byte-compiles the pipeline for
     all installed versions
