 GFAKluge is a C++ parser and writer and a set of command line utilities
 for manipulating GFA (Graphical Fragment Assembly) files. It parses GFA
 into a set of data structures that represent the encoded graph, which can
 be used to build up other graph representations, and can convert between
 the GFA 0.1, 1.0 and 2.0 specifications.
