[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1143998: unifrac-tools: BD-Uninstallable on armhf, i386 and s390x

Hi,

I was briefly looking into this bug. libskbb-dev did build
without any problem on s390x (sbuild also went fine).
So, I went on to run the tests for unifrac-binaries and saw
a few errors. I have found the root cause of the issue and
is currently working on a fix.
