Hi Andreas, good news, the PR is merged and we have a tag now for CTK 
with licensing fixed. Build works correctly on my PC.

Please check out if I did all correctly in d/copyright. I also updated 
the upstream branch. Not sure if pristine-tar should be also updated, 
and if yes, how?

The only missing thing after potential corrections, would be to change 
unreleased to unstable in the changelog I guess.
