Dear Andreas,
Thank you for sending a specific email as this happened during our
summer break.
We did a quick investigation:
- Bug 1145144 [1] is due to the different ways of finding package HDF5
in VTK and ITK. We found a quick fix to allow camitk package to build (a
patch will be submitted next week). However a better fix should be done
in the VTK package (a corresponding bug will be submitted next week).
This issue only appeared with new VTK and ITK packages.
- Bug 1143574 [2] was due to a problem with the vtkgdcm package state at
the time of the build. This should be solved by now, but we will check
rebuilding the package asap.
Hopefully we will be able to cure camitk package from these RC bugs soon!
Best regards,
Manik and Emmanuel
