[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1146814: File format documentation is out of date

The openslide-formats.3 man page, compiled from various parts of the
OpenSlide website, is out of date.  Multiple properties and slide formats
are missing and the existing text is stale.

In addition, the package descriptions contain a list of supported slide
formats, which is out of date.
