I had tried packaging libskbb-dev in my s390x machine with the
architecture-is-little-endian flag removed in the control file and it
did build fine (autopkgtest was also successful). I had added these .deb
files using the extra-repository when doing an sbuild against unifrac-
tools.
If more tests needs to be run against libskbb-dev, I am very happy to
run them and share the results.
