Hello,

I've pushed a patch into Salsa-civetweb so that it compiles correctly 
with (future) OpenSSL4

Right now compilation still happens with OpenSSL 1.1, but that way we 
prepare the path for future upgrades of other packages well in advance.

Andreas: if you can review / agree on the change, feel free to push to 
unstable.
