[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1143706: spades: Non-maintainer upload changes

Hi!

While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15rc2
we stumbled upon spades FTBFS, that was blocking some other packages
from being rebuild.

To fix this we backported an upstream commit [1] with the fitting commit
message "Try to unbreak". And create the non-maintainer upload with it.

Please consider applying this patch in your next upload, or even better,
update the upstream releas.
