[Debian-med-packaging] Fix sight runtime

Dear Team,

I raise up the request to upload Sight new version. It should fix one of 
the bugs reported since I worked on it: 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1148070
I would also prefer to get it uploaded that before working on the opencv 
5 transition, unless you tell me the contrary: 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1147686
