should be changed to<br> set libPath "/usr/lib"<br>
<br><br>You can reproduce this error with slicer:<br><br>$ slicer3 <br>Set environment: Slicer3_HOME=/usr<br>error reading package index file /usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5/insighttoolkit3/pkgIndex.tcl: couldn't load file "/usr/lib/InsightToolkit/WrapITK/lib/libVXLNumericsTcl.so": /usr/lib/InsightToolkit/WrapITK/lib/libVXLNumericsTcl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory<br>
