[Debian-mobcom-maintainers] Please change mailman setting to reduce amount of spam on the list

Hi.  The debian-mobcom-maintainers mailing list is filled with spam.
Please consider changing the mailman list options to only allow
subscribers and whitelisted mail addresses to post directly to the list,
and send the rest for moderation.

Moderation can be done efficiently using the listadmin command line
tool, check out
